Female Sports Physical.............?

I have never had one and i'm rather scared.. What do they do in one of them? Will i have to get undressed? Will they be checking out "down there"? What do they exactly do in Maine for a female 7th grade sports physical? Everything you know about them and your personal experience would really help. Thanks.
