Why is every single singer soo Beautiful?

I mean expecially women, they have a great voice but they are fisically soo attractive as well, Lets think at Shakira, Rihanna, Beyonc�, Nelly Furtado, Jennifer Lopez, Avril Lavign and I could go on forever because there are not ugly or old very famous now-a-day females singers, they are all beautiful, and they also seem to have a strong personality as well.. Do you fink these are also qualities as much required as having a great voice?? Ty =)
