i want to know witch gym plan you fink is more hardcore and will give results quicker ok 1st running for 5 hours on a treadmill with one break so i would basically have a whole day of running in the gym and nothing els then the next day i would go back to the gym and just lift weights for the whole day. 2ed go gym for 2 hours in the morning do 2 hours of running the go back home have a rest something to eat then back to the gym for 4 hours of weight lifting . witch one do you think is more hardcore and will work faster ?
