You will surely have to undress at least partly:) At least you have to undress the parts of your legs that actually need to be waxed. Usually, you will take off your pants and be left in your panties. If you are undertaking a more "serious" thing, you have the option of taking them off, or they can offer you to use a pair of disposable ones. Also, they will leave the room while you undress/change your panties, so no worries. And since you don't have anything they haven't seen before, nothing to be anxious about!
